Shah Rukh Khan is one busy man. After wrapping up Maneesh Sharma's Fan and taking a little break, it seems our King Khan is back to shoots. This time, for Rahul Dholakia's Raees which also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Mahira Khan.
Director Rahul Dholakia is all set to step back into Bollywood after five years with his new film Raees, which will release on Eid next year. The film stars Shah Rukh Khan with Pakistani actress Mahira Khan. Mahira is known for playing the role of Khirad in popular Pakistani show Humsafar, and she is making her Bollywood debut with Raees, which also stars the versatile Nawazuddin Siddiqui.

Storyline: Raees is an upcoming 2016 Indian crime-thriller film directed by Rahul Dholakia and produced by Farhan Akhtar,Ritesh Sidhwani and Gauri Khan. Set in 1980s Gujarat, it shows the story of a cruel and clever bootlegger (played by Shah Rukh Khan) whose business is highly challenged and eventually thwarted by a tough cop Ghulam Patel (played by Nawazuddin Siddiqui). The film criticizes the prohibition of alcohol, prostitution and illegal drugs in Gujarat. Pakistani actress Mahira khan will share screen with King Khan.
